Wedding Flower Installations

By engaging our services or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Hire Services

Hire Period: All items hired are provided for a 2hour period unless explicitly stated as items to keep.
Mileage Charges: For events located 20 miles or more from Telford, additional mileage charges will apply.

2. Booking and Payment

Deposit: A 50 percent deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Rescheduling: Your event date can be moved for up to four weeks prior to the event, subject to our availability.
Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full via bank transfer at least two weeks prior to the event.

3. Damage Deposit

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 20 percent is payable upon supply of items.
- This deposit will be returned after a post event check confirms that all items are undamaged.

4. Usage Guidelines

Item Care: Items should not be left outside overnight.
Safety: Please avoid open flames near our products, as pampas is flammable.
