Anyone requiring support with their mental health should approach their GP or call emergency services if in crisis (UK Citizens: 111 or 999).

The Samaritans are also a free, non judgemental resource available in the UK to those who are struggling and need someone to talk to (Call: 116123).

1. Returns Eligibility We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us to request a return authorisation.

• Package the item securely, including all original accessories and documentation.

• Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

3. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:
